Can I download before my license is activated?+

You can create an account and submit a purchase request. The installer download unlocks after the administrator activates a valid license.

How do I reset my password?+

Open the sign-in page, enter your email and choose Forgot password. Firebase Authentication will send a password-reset email.

How long does activation take?+

Why can Windows show an unknown-publisher message?+
