Accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and providing accurate account details. License access is tied to the Firebase account used at purchase.

Orders and activation

Submitting a purchase request does not complete a sale. The seller reviews the request and activates a license after confirming the applicable payment.

License

A license is personal to the customer account unless the seller agrees otherwise. Access may be suspended when a license expires or is disabled under the published license conditions.

Downloads and updates

The customer account provides the current installer while the license is active. The seller may issue updates and installation instructions.
